Following a childhood as an Elite Athlete, representing England at both Rugby & Athletics, Sam then entered the world of recruitment. Growing over 10 years to lead multi-million £ recruitment teams operating around Europe. Then in 2020 when the world was still "in shock" he took the leap of faith to start TMS Technology  with the vision of delivering something different, honest, and meaningful within the Recruitment Industry!

Jacob is a self professed "geek" who loves nothing more than diving deep in to his work (especially the world of Data Engineer & Data Science). He has developed a reputation as being a true advisor and career coach, supporting companies & individuals across Norway flourish!

Besides his work, he can usually be found either lost in a video game, or in the Welsh mountains hiking and camping with his friends.

Steve is a true Recruitment Entrepreneur who has been in the industry for over 30 years, and likely will never leave!

He has a pedigree for creating, scaling, and successfully exiting a number of Recruitment Businesses, and still to this day in always looking for the next adventure. 

Despite now living in Thailand, he is not slowing down anytime soon with ventures within both the Recruitment & Recruitment Training space. 

Ethan is originally from Cornwall, now based in Essex, and is a very accomplished Rugby player currently representing Westcliff 1st Team as well as holding Level 3 Diploma in Sports Performance and Excellence. He has a strong history in the European Tech Recruitment industry, with a strong footprint in Germany across a broad range of Software Engineering topics.
